We hereby focus on the design of scalable interaction paradigms and develop methods of how we can assess the effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction of interactive systems in pervasive environments.&nbsp;<br>These research fields are addressed from two perspectives: From a psychological view, we examine how we can define specific indicators from eye measures that allow us to assess users&#8217; mental states during the interaction with several devices and users.
